Terms of Service

These terms cover the managed servers and related services you buy from Varry LLC, doing business as DMV Host (“DMV Host,” “we,” “us”). The public site is dmvhost.com. Checkout and the client dashboard are at store.dmvhost.com.

Creating an account or paying for a plan means you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

The service

Each plan is a monthly managed server. WordPress and specialized apps are included on that server. You install the one you need from your dashboard. We do not sell those apps as separate products. The price, resources, and any site limit are the ones shown on the plan at checkout. Prices are in US dollars.

Your account

Keep your name, email, and billing details accurate, and tell us within five business days if they change. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password private.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful purposes. Do not send spam, break into systems you do not own, host malware, or publish content that is illegal. We may remove content or suspend the server if you break these rules.

Your content

You own the sites and files you put on the server. You are responsible for the applications you install and for keeping copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Our platform

The DMV Host name, this website, and the client dashboard belong to us. You receive a limited right to use the dashboard and any software included with your plan. That software is provided as is, without a warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The managed servers run on infrastructure we contract for.

Payment

Checkout is on store.dmvhost.com. Stripe charges the card you provide, and the plan renews monthly until you cancel. If a payment fails, we may suspend the server until the charge succeeds. A month that has already started is not refunded unless we are required to refund it.

Suspension

We may suspend or end the service if you do not pay, if you break these terms, or if we have to do so to protect the platform or other customers.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, DMV Host is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from the service. You agree to cover claims that come from your content or from your misuse of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using the service after an update, the updated terms apply. If you do not agree, cancel the plan.
