Varry LLC, doing business as DMV Host (“DMV Host,” “we,” “us”), sells managed server hosting. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and how to reach us. It applies to dmvhost.com and to the client dashboard at store.dmvhost.com.

What we collect

• Account details you give us, such as your name and email address.
• Billing details needed to charge the plan. Stripe processes the card payment. We do not store your full card number.
• Support messages you send to support@dmvhost.com.
• Operational data required to run the server you bought, such as the sites and apps on it.

How we use it

We use this information to create your account, provide the server, bill the plan, answer support requests, send service and security notices, and meet legal duties. We do not sell your personal information.

Who else handles it

Stripe processes payments. xCloud Hosting LLC operates the managed servers the plans run on. The public website loads typefaces from Google Fonts. The client dashboard uses a session cookie so you can stay signed in. We do not run advertising cookies on dmvhost.com.

How long we keep it

We keep account and billing records for as long as your plan is active and for as long as we need them for taxes, disputes, or other legal duties. After that we delete them or reduce them to what we still have to keep.

Your content

You own the sites and files you host. If you collect other people’s information on those sites, you are responsible for your own privacy notice. We do not claim ownership of that content.

Your choices

You can ask us what account information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it when we are not required to keep it. Email support@dmvhost.com.
